1. Acceptance and eligibility
By uploading a photograph, using the service, or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. Permission to use your photograph
You represent that you own the photograph you upload or have permission from every identifiable person in it to submit it for this service. You grant MyColorMix a limited permission to process the photograph and create portrait crops solely to provide, secure, and support your analysis and report as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not upload an image of a child, an image submitted without permission, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
3. The service
MyColorMix provides automated color analysis and personalized digital guidance based on the photograph, color samples, and preferences supplied through the service. Results are subjective style recommendations for informational and personal-use purposes. They are not medical, dermatological, employment, identity, or professional certification advice, and we do not promise that every recommendation will match your personal taste.
4. Orders, payment, and delivery
Prices and currency are displayed before payment. Paid orders are processed by Stripe as a one-time payment unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Your report is delivered through a private link sent to the email address you provide.
The private report link and portrait images expire 30 days after report generation. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, protecting the link, and downloading your PDF before expiration.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
6. Personal-use license and ownership
You retain your rights in the photograph you submit. Once payment is completed, MyColorMix grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to download, print, and use your completed report and cards for your own personal, non-commercial use.
MyColorMix owns the service, software, branding, layouts, report system, and other materials excluding your photograph and any rights the law gives you in your personal information. You may not resell reports, copy the service, circumvent access controls, scrape the service, or use it to harm others.
7. Availability and acceptable use
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict activity that threatens security, violates these Terms, or interferes with other customers. We work to provide reliable delivery but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MyColorMix disclaims implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed. To the extent permitted by law, MyColorMix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively and will communicate material changes where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Contact support@mycolormix.com with questions.
